• For Neobanks: A cost-effective, high-performance ledger to replace legacy mainframes.

2. Financial TCP/IP (Interoperability)

Sovereignty does not mean isolation. The Qazna Gateway protocol connects these independent ledgers, allowing value to flow freely across borders without relying on centralized intermediaries.

• For AI Agents: A native language for machines to pay each other for compute, data, and services.
